Job summary

ARS National Services in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking remote-based customer service agents for full-time, paid training. Start date immediately with a 4-week training, working Monday–Friday 9AM–6PM and one weekly evening shift. No prior collections experience required; great for candidates from retail or hospitality.

Base pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with training bonus raises. Agents will handle inbound/outbound calls, help customers understand payment options, and guide them to

Responsibilities

Take and make phone calls with customers (Outbound and Inbound).
Listen to someone’s situation and figure out what they can realistically afford.
Walk them through options and set up a plan that works.
Document conversations accurately.
Follow the consumer-protection rules that govern this work — trained in the first four weeks.
Work on camera for your entire shift.

Remote — Jacksonville, Florida | Full-Time | Paid Training | No Collections Experience Required

Training class starts Wednesday, 11/04/2026. You must live in the Jacksonville area.

Weekends and paid holidays off, with a schedule you’ll know in advance.

We hire people from retail, restaurants, and customer service into full-time careers with a fixed schedule, paid holidays, paid time off, real benefits, and a monthly bonus you control.

What Our Agents Actually Earn

First 6 months: average $3,500+/month total pay (base + bonus) — about $20/hour
At 1 year: average $4,000+/month — about $23.50/hour
Starting base: $16–18/hour, plus a $0.50 raise when you finish training

You Don't Need Experience In This Industry

Most of our best agents had none when they started. They came from store floors, restaurant shifts, and service counters — jobs that teach you to stay calm with a frustrated customer and explain things clearly under pressure. That’s the skill. We teach the rest, and we pay you while you learn it.

Paid training:

4 weeks, full-time.

A Schedule You Can Plan Your Life Around

Training: Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM.
After that: Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM, plus one evening shift a week (12PM–9PM).

That’s it, and you’ll know it weeks ahead. No closing at 11 and opening at 6. No getting sent home early when it’s slow. No working Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the Fourth of July — we’re closed, and you’re paid.
