Credit Acceptance is seeking an Account Solutions Representative to help customers stay on the road to a better financial future by resolving past-due accounts and arranging workable payment plans.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, create tailored solutions to bring accounts current, and work professionally to prevent repossessions while documenting interactions in our system. Training begins immediately with ongoing coaching and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• High speed internet with at least 15 Mbps download speed.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to assist customers in becoming current on their auto loans.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Professionally help customers bring and keep their account current and prevent repossession.
• Keep customer contact information up to date in the system.
• Support additional customer service requests.
