Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Educator/Trainer to support PB Coding and Coding Integrity teams in a fully remote, 40-hour work week.

The role requires recent production coding experience and certification (AAPC or AHIMA). Remote eligibility extends to many states including Michigan, with a flexible schedule and full benefits.

Strong specialty coding experience across surgical, anesthesia, hepatology, nephrology, anticoagulation and other areas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent production coding and/or coding integrity experience preferred.
• Specialty coding experience across multiple physician specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Coding Leadership, IT leadership, Org Development and Revenue Cycle leadership to support coding education.
