CommonSpirit Health seeks a Coding Auditor and Educator for Professional Fee coding. You will audit using ICD-10-CM, CPT-4 and HCPCS to ensure accuracy and compliance while providing onboarding and ongoing education to staff.

You will stay current with Medicare rules, develop and deploy training programs, and partner with leadership to drive productivity and standardization across coding teams.

Competenze

• Experience with PB coder audits, education, and training.
• Knowledge of professional fee coding rules and guidelines.
• Understanding Medicare rules and NCCI.

Mansioni

• Maintain mastery of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and regulatory guidelines as SME.
• Conduct systematic chart audits to identify documentation gaps and trends.
• Lead onboarding for new hires and educate on Risk Adjustment and MEAT.
• Develop training programs to keep teams current on health plan requirements.
• Build relationships to standardize practices and improve cross-department communication.
• Present educational findings and drive improvements in coding compliance.
