Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Coding Auditor and Educator for the professional fee coding team. You will audit ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and CPT-4 processes, educate staff, and standardize coding practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with PB coder audits, education, and training.
• Strong knowledge of professional fee coding rules and guidelines.
• Understanding Medicare billing regulations and NCCI, ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS.
• Ability to conduct chart audits and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits and provide follow-up education to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to coding teams.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing education programs for staff.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning for compliant coding practices.
