CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Coding Auditor and Educator for Professional Fee to support the professional coding team across the organization. You will apply ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and CPT-4 rules while auditing, educating, and standardizing coding practices.

You will onboard and train new staff, monitor regulatory changes, and collaborate with leadership on strategic planning to maintain compliant billing. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Competenze

• Two years of PB coder audits, education, and training.
• Five years of experience coding professional fee records.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing rules and professional fee coding.
• Advanced knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, modifiers and risk adjustment basics.

Mansioni

• Maintain mastery of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and regulatory guidelines as SME.
• Conduct chart audits to identify gaps and drive accuracy.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing education on Risk Adjustment, HCCs and MEAT.
• Develop and deploy training programs for coding teams on payer requirements.
• Build relationships across departments to standardize practices.
• Independently manage deadlines, present findings and drive improvements.
