Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven, customer-focused Account Specialist to execute in the field across a defined territory and drive commercial performance. This remote-based role requires travel within a specified region to engage healthcare providers and support launches and access programs.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes, drive adoption of our therapies, and ensure patients gain access to innovative treatments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches including pre-launch and early market execution.
• Formulary access strategies and early market penetration experience.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs and institutional accounts.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating quota and territory growth.
• Ability to travel regionally as needed and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services and Medical teams.
• Support launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Utilize field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain product/state and market knowledge; ensure regulatory compliance.
