Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven Account Specialist to execute field activities and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. This remote-based role requires flexibility and travel within a designated region to support product launches and access initiatives.

You will engage healthcare providers, build strong relationships, and educate customers to drive adoption while partnering with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Recent product launch experience with pre-launch planning and early market execution preferred.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration tactics.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts is a strong plus.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota and territory goals.
• Evidence of year-over-year performance improvement.
