Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning is preferred.
• Familiarity with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing quotas.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through education and customer engagement.
• Navigate patient pathways and support therapy access.
