Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist to drive field-based commercial performance across a defined territory. This remote role may travel regionally to engage healthcare providers, build relationships, and support launches and patient access.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Medical, and Patient Services to achieve sales goals, expand adoption, and ensure patients gain access to innovative therapies in CNS disorders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct CNS or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong understanding of patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Prior product launch exposure, including pre-launch planning.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market tactics.
• Experience selling to hospitals, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support therapy access.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution with pre- and post-launch activities.
• Use field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain product, disease state, and market knowledge; ensure compliance.
