Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a results-driven Account Specialist for a remote US territory. You will execute territory plans, engage healthcare providers, and drive commercial performance while supporting access strategies for patients in need.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to launch and drive adoption of therapies, navigating complex patient pathways and payer considerations to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
Strong understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
Experience with product launches including pre-launch planning and early market execution.
Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs and institutional accounts is a strong plus.
Familiarity with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.

Responsibilities

Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
Maintain high level of product, disease state, and market knowledge.
