Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven Account Specialist for a remote US-based role with regional travel. You will execute territory plans, build strong relationships with healthcare providers, and drive product adoption while ensuring patient access.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches and market access. A strong track record in CNS pharma and a deep understanding of patient pathways are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct sales in CNS or specialty pharma.
• Strong knowledge of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with formulary access strategies.
• Experience selling into hospital systems and IDNs.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain high level of product, disease state, and market knowledge.
