Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking an Account Specialist to execute in the field across a defined territory, engaging healthcare providers, building strong relationships, and driving commercial performance.

This remote-based role requires flexibility and travel within the region as needed to support product launches and adoption. You will collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams, maintain deep knowledge of CNS therapies, and ensure compliance while delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct CNS or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches, including pre-launch planning and early market execution, preferred.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutions is a plus.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and year-over-year improvement.
• Ability to travel as needed for regional coverage and launch activities.
