Job summary

Wright Technical Services is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines at customer sites. This remote-based role covers a regional territory with company vehicle provided and travel Monday–Friday.

You will work with the Customer Support Department to ensure top-class service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a maintenance technician or field service engineer, CNC installation experience, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer.
• Experience with CNC installation and repair.
• Experience with industrial maintenance repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Document all service and repair activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
