Job summary

Wright Technical Services is supporting a reputable CNC machinery client and expanding its team of Field Service Engineers. You will be part of the Customer Support Department and responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC equipment at customer sites.

The role requires a customer-focused attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer.
• Experience with CNC installation and repair.
• Experience with industrial maintenance repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Document all service and repair activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
