Job summary

Wright Technical services is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery at customer locations. You will be part of the Customer Support Department and provide on-site technical expertise with a strong focus on customer service.

The role requires travel to client sites within a regional territory, with a company vehicle provided. US permanent residency is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer.
• Experience with CNC installation and repair.
• Experience with industrial maintenance repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Document all service and repair activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
