Job summary

Planet Green Holdings seeks a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Cloud Security in the North America region. The role is quota-carrying, focusing on hunting new business, expanding channels with VARs, system integrators, and MSPs, while managing existing partner relationships to drive revenue.

A dynamic leader will forecast, close complex deals, and grow the partner network. The RSM will travel up to 50% within NA, report to the Director of North American Sales, and operate in a remote-capable,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to carry and exceed an annual sales quota of $2M+ USD.
• Strong track record of hunting new business and generating qualified pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by developing and executing a strategic sales plan for the assigned region.
• Identify and target key accounts and partners to achieve revenue objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; consistently meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with partners, vendor sales teams, and delivery teams to ensure long-term growth.
• Forecast accurately and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Navigate procurement processes including budgeting and approvals.
