Job summary

Planet Green Holdings in Seattle seeks a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive revenue across North America. You will lead by example in a quota-carrying role, hunting new business, and building strategic partnerships for our cloud security services, SASE, and data protection offerings.

The role emphasizes channel partner engagement, accurate forecasting, and deal progression from prospecting to close, with uncapped commissions and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to carry and exceed an annual sales quota of $2M+ USD.
• Strong track record of hunting new business and generating qualified pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of outside sales experience in cybersecurity; data protection/cloud security a strong plus.
• Success in quota-carrying roles with closing complex deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
• Skilled negotiator with a persistent, solutions-focused approach.
• Creative thinker with innovative client solutions.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, with time management and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by developing and executing a strategic sales plan for your assigned region, aligned with overall organizational goals.
• Identify and target key accounts and partners with actions to achieve revenue objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with partners, vendor selling teams, and internal field teams for long-term account growth.
• Maintain accurate, timely sales forecasts and manage the full sales cycle for each opportunity.
• Navigate customer procurement processes, including budgeting, approvals, and purchasing requirements.
