Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to design, position and present security solutions across cloud environments for enterprise customers.

The role focuses on identifying customer security needs, designing secure architectures, and delivering technical briefings to both customers and internal sales teams. This is a remote position within the TOLA region with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity, pre‑sales engineering or solutions architecture.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud environments and securing hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains (identity, network, endpoint, data protection, security operations).
• Experience supporting sales teams in VAR/ SI provider environments.
• Ability to design, present and document secure architectures and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals and security challenges.
• Assess customer security architectures, identify gaps and risks, propose improvements.
• Design scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned to customer requirements and best practices.
• Provide security-focused training and enablement to internal sales teams.
