Job summary

Oracle is seeking an Inside Sales Renewals Expert for Government, Defense & Intelligence to renew SaaS contracts and identify expansion opportunities from our inside sales channel. This REMOTE role prefers candidates in the Greater DC area but is not required.

You will own renewal replenishments for a portfolio, engage customers by phone and video, forecast and close opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and customer success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in inside sales, cloud renewals or account management.
• Experience with federal or public sector clients preferred.
• Proven ability to meet quotas via phone, video and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure replenishments for a portfolio of DOW accounts.
• Drive high renewal and replenishment rates and close contracts before expiry.
• Engage customers via phone, video, and digital channels to upsell.
• Forecast, track, and close replenishments and upsell opportunities.
• Identify risks to renewals and coordinate with Customer Success and other teams.
• Maintain pipeline and activities within Oracle’s CRM and sales platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, product, support, and security on OCI solutions.
