Jobgether SRL is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in the United States. This remote-first, AI-enabled role focuses on maintaining a cloud-commerce platform for large service providers, handling incidents from initial investigation to resolution, and collaborating across product, engineering, and account management teams.

You will work with Linux, networking, databases, APIs, and cloud technologies, with opportunities to leverage AI tools for troubleshooting and automation while delivering

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline, with 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on Linux administration experience, especially CentOS or RHEL.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, addressing, subnetting, routing, troubleshooting.
• SQL skills for PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle; ability to craft/ analyze queries.
• Familiarity with APIs (REST, SOAP) and auth standards (OAuth, SAML).
• Experience in web hosting or similar infra environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to explain technical issues to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical support tickets end-to-end from investigation to resolution.
• Provide guidance on product functionality, configuration, and best practices.
• Diagnose issues using Linux, logs, networking, databases, APIs, and cloud tech.
• Maintain clear customer communications and SLAs.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and account managers to resolve issues.
• Document investigation steps and resolutions for knowledge bases.
• Create troubleshooting notes and runbooks to reduce recurring issues.
• Stay current with platform and related technologies through training.
• Contribute to operational projects to improve support and customer satisfaction.
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve troubleshooting and documentation.
