Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Platform/Implementation Engineer in the United States to deploy, configure, and validate enterprise software within customer environments. You will work across identity, databases, networking, and security, translating complex issues into actionable business language.

You will lead customer workshops, document implementations, and train customers while ensuring production readiness and data quality. Remote work is available for US Eastern/Central time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Windows infrastructure engineering or admin roles.
• Direct enterprise customer deployment and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong Windows and Linux knowledge, with IIS / .NET hosting experience.
• Hands-on AD, Entra ID, LDAP and identity concepts.
• Practical PKI experience with CA certificates and SAN entries.
• Networking and security fundamentals with firewall and TLS knowledge.
• SQL Server installation, tuning, and data validation using SQL.
• PowerShell scripting for automation; Bash or Python is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and change-management in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with customer mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, integrate, and validate enterprise software services across customer environments.
• Lead workshops and customer sessions; communicate progress and risks clearly.
• Configure identity, directories, databases, and cloud integrations.
• Validate data ingestion, normalization, and readiness for production.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows, Linux, networks, and security layers.
• Develop SQL queries and data mappings to support validation.
• Maintain runbooks, environment details, and implementation docs.
• Provide administrator training and knowledge transfer sessions.
