Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Clinical Applications Support Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will provide frontline support for clinical and healthcare software, working with clinicians and hospital IT teams to investigate and resolve issues.

You will own cases from start to finish, assess root causes, and coordinate with Tier 2/3 teams. Strong emphasis on clinical workflows, documentation, and cross‑team collaboration to ensure reliable healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting clinical applications or healthcare IT
• Experience working with clinicians or hospital IT teams
• Hands-on production issue troubleshooting in Tier 1/2 environments
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and problem translation to troubleshooting
• Experience with EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Varian ARIA, Elekta MOSAIQ
• Oncology/clinical informatics exposure preferred
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, SQL or health interfaces a plus
• Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls) helpful
• Excellent communication, documentation, and ownership of issues

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers using clinical and oncology applications
• Investigate incidents and service requests by gathering information and understanding clinical workflows
• Troubleshoot issues with clinicians and hospital IT teams, providing guidance and education
• Support issues around clinical workflows, orders, documentation, configuration, access, and functionality
• Investigate integration and clinical data issues involving HL7, REST APIs, databases, interfaces
• Own customer tickets end-to-end with timely updates and clear next steps
• Escalate to Tier 2/3 teams when appropriate and track resolutions
• Maintain case notes and contribute to knowledge base and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation during onboarding and go-live
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience with professional, empathetic communication
