Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Support Software Engineer in the United States to keep AI-powered customer service products reliable in live production. You will handle production issues, investigate across AI agents, APIs, and legacy TS systems, and cooperate with customers to reproduce and validate solutions.

You will work autonomously, escalating to frontline teams when needed, and build internal tooling to speed future investigations. This remote role offers impact in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• Experience debugging unfamiliar codebases and tracing logs across complex systems.
• Ability to analyze production issues and coordinate testing with customers.
• Strong communication to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working across a broad technical surface area including APIs, authentication, and legacy TS code.
• Experience with agentic tooling and enterprise platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own production bugs and enhancement requests requiring engineering expertise beyond frontline support.
• Investigate issues across AI agent behavior, telephony, integrations, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Analyze logs, code, and data to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Design, test, and deploy fixes within the development workflow.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers with live issues.
• Coordinate customer testing and clearly communicate solutions.
• Build internal tools and automations to speed future investigations.
• Collaborate with Product to identify recurring feedback and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain service levels and performance metrics while balancing depth and speed.
