Pax8 is seeking a Partner Support Engineer to help MSPs navigate cloud technologies, migrations, and marketplace operations from a remote US location. You will work with Tier 1 teams, engineering, and vendor partners to resolve complex issues and drive partner success.

The role emphasizes escalations, technical problem solving, and knowledge sharing to improve Pax8's cloud marketplace experience for partners. A bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven technical support experience in cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, marketplace or managed services.
• Demonstrated success handling complex escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud technologies, subscriptions, licensing, migrations or modern IT infra.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve advanced platform, cloud, billing, licensing and migration issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on escalations and permanent fixes.
• Guide partners through vendor technologies and marketplace processes.
• Create knowledge articles and playbooks to improve support operations.
