Pax8 is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to deliver sophisticated partner demos and scale technical impact in a remote-first role across the United States and Canada. You will mentor engineers, shape onboarding, and act as a SME across multiple vendors, translating technical depth into business value.

You will develop scalable enablement assets, improve demo standards, and contribute to a growing AI-driven marketplace with a culture that values curiosity and ownership.

Qualifications

• Mentors Solution Engineers and develops enablement materials.
• Strong understanding of multi-vendor cloud ecosystems and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated, multi-product demonstrations for high-tier partners.
• Shape technical onboarding strategies to accelerate partner success.
• Act as trusted SME across vendors, translating depth into commercial impact.
• Mentor Solution Engineers through coaching and reusable frameworks.
• Create enablement assets including demo environments, guides, labs, onboarding resources.
• Continuously improve demo standards and technical documentation for scale.
