Qualifications

• Proven technical support experience in cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services.
• Ability to handle complex escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve advanced platform, cloud, licensing, and migration issues.
• Navigate complex escalations while balancing technical accuracy with partner experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, Product, Sales, and Vendor teams to drive root-cause analysis and lasting solutions.
• Create and share knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and playbooks to improve global support.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance partner experiences.
