SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services practice.
This role owns technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations services using VMware by Broadcom’s SDDC solutions. The Services Manager partners closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure the practice delivers high impact,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.
- Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
- Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
- Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
- Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales.
