Job summary
SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead and mature Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services practice.
You will shape technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations to deliver secure, scalable outcomes for large enterprise clients using VMware by Broadcom technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise setting.
- 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 20%).
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities across multi-team programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice with high-quality delivery.
- Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
- Mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
- Own capability development for VCF services including 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
- Collaborate with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and presales readiness.
- Monitor delivery performance and drive overall practice health.
