Job summary

SHI is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead and scale the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) services practice. You will own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud services, partnering with sales and architects to ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.

The role mentors Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers, building SHI’s capabilities around VMware by Broadcom

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years delivering Broadcom VMware solutions in consulting/enterprise.
3+ years leading or managing delivery teams.
Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 20%).
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with high-quality delivery.
Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
Mentor and develop Solution Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
Drive practice capability development across VCF services.
Collaborate with sales and architecture teams for offerings and presales readiness.
Monitor delivery performance and quality metrics; drive improvements.
Create reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, and accelerators.
