Job summary
SHI International Corp. seeks a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services practice.
You will guide technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations for enterprise clients, partnering with sales and delivery leadership to ensure secure, scalable outcomes. Focus on mentoring Solutions Architects and Engineers, evolving standards, and growing SHI's service delivery
Qualifications
- Expert understanding of Broadcom VMware services engagements and delivery methodologies.
- Thorough knowledge of Broadcom's VMware Services Entitlement Program.
- Expert ability to lead and scale consultative delivery teams.
- Excellent relationship management with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.
- Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
- Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
- Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
- Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales.
- Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to drive improvements.
- Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, and accelerators.
- Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
