Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States – Remote is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead and scale SHI’s Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services practice.

You will own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations solutions, partnering with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to drive secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
Willingness to travel to client sites up to 20%.
Experience with data governance and security controls.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice with high-quality delivery across engagements.
Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales efforts.
