Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation practice. You will drive technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud services for enterprise clients.

You will mentor architects and engineers, shape offerings with sales, and ensure secure, scalable outcomes while partnering with delivery leadership to grow SHI’s service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Experience designing solutions with strong data governance and security controls.
• Strong understanding of Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere.
• Mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and presales readiness.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders as trusted advisor.
