Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead, scale, and mature the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) services practice.

You will own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud services, partnering with sales and delivery teams to drive secure, high-impact outcomes for enterprise clients. This remote, full-time role requires 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions and 3+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with data governance and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice and ensure high-quality delivery across engagements.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to identify improvements.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders as trusted advisory for Broadcom VCF strategy.
