Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services practice. You will guide technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations services using VMware by Broadcom solutions.

You will mentor architects, consultants, and engineers, grow the service capability, and partner with sales to drive high-impact engagements for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in consulting or enterprise settings.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Strong leadership and communication across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice with high-quality delivery.
• Define technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
• Mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Develop capabilities across Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x and related components.
• Collaborate with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and presales readiness.
• Monitor delivery performance and drive continuous improvement across the practice.
