Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead, scale, and mature our Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation services practice.

You will own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud services. You will partner with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise and commercial clients, mentoring architects and engineers and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional leadership team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Travel up to 20% involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice and ensure high-quality delivery across engagements.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales efforts.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to identify improvements.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as trusted advisor.
