Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Engineering Technical Account Manager (Cloud) for a leading Finance & Insurance client. This remote role acts as a strategic technology partner, aligning cloud and engineering work with enterprise priorities across business lines.

You will bridge technical teams with leadership and stakeholders to guide roadmaps, improve service delivery, and support major transformation initiatives while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in technical account management or enterprise IT consulting in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical action and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology liaison between engineering teams and lines of business.
• Guide roadmaps and technology strategies to support business outcomes.
• Act as a technical advocate for service delivery, incident management, and change coordination.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Monitor service performance, compliance, and project status.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security and financial regulations.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and cloud migrations.
• Conduct health checks and business reviews with stakeholders to identify optimizations.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and third-party providers for delivery.
