Job summary

Flexential Corp. is seeking a Supervisor for Cloud Technical Account Management to lead a team of Cloud TAMs and engineers. This remote US role partners with Sales to drive bookings, manage the service pipeline, and own financial models and dashboards showing revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate combines leadership with strong commercial and financial acumen, guiding pricing, staffing, and growth decisions while ensuring service quality and business results for cloud customers.

Qualifications

7+ years in technical account management, customer success, solutions engineering, or managed services.
Proven ability to partner with sales to grow a service line or bookings.
Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead Cloud TAM team to drive bookings and profitability.
Own pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and reporting to executive leadership.
Coordinate pricing strategy, staffing, and growth plans based on data.
