Job summary

Ladders is recruiting on behalf of a client to fill a Technical Account Manager role, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This remote position serves as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, aligning security initiatives with business goals and guiding implementations across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience supporting SaaS enterprise software.
• Solid technical background in advanced security with relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity products, firewalls, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Experience guiding multiple client engagements and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Establish long‑term relationships with clients to understand strategic goals.
• Provide project leadership and architectural guidance for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Lead and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Deliver constructive product feedback to product management teams.
• Advise clients on best practices and drive adoption of the company’s solutions.
• Conduct health checks and provide best‑practice recommendations.
• Advocate for customers to ensure timely escalation resolution.
• Collect metrics and develop reports to illustrate project health.
