Job summary

Zippy, a Dallas-based lender focused on manufactured home loans, is seeking a Closing Operations Specialist – Broker to coordinate closings for our broker channel. You will be the central contact for external brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams to keep closings moving and ensure accurate final figures and documents.

The specialist also oversees digital signing ceremonies, guides borrowers through closing documents, answers questions and facilitates remote online notarization,

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in housing; manufactured housing experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating with brokers, title companies, escrow officers, or settlement agents.
• Ability to review and balance final loan documents and settlement statements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional broker relationships.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with evolving tech and scale.

Responsibilities

• Broker and settlement agent support to resolve bottlenecks and keep closings moving.
• Balance final loan documents and settlement statements with title companies.
• Communicate with wholesale lending brokers and provide status updates.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and remote online notarization.
• Review documents for QA and coordinate corrections with internal teams.
