Job summary

Zippy is seeking a Closing Operations Specialist – Broker to coordinate and execute closings for our broker channel. You will serve as the central contact for external brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives, ensuring timely closings and smooth digital signing processes.

You will guide borrowers through closing documents, answer questions, and facilitate remote online notarization while maintaining a positive final experience during the financing of manufactured homes.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in housing, manufactured housing preferred.
• Experience supporting mortgage brokers or wholesale lending and coordinating with title companies.
• Ability to review and balance final loan documents and settlement statements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for external mortgage brokers and settlement agents to resolve late-stage bottlenecks.
• Balance final loan documents and settlement statements; identify discrepancies before execution.
• Communicate loan status and next steps with brokers; provide timely updates.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents; facilitate remote online notarization.
• Review closing documents with internal teams and settlement partners; coordinate corrections.
