Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a driven professional to manage site liaison activities, candidate coordination, and onboarding for physician opportunities. This role involves guiding candidates, coordinating interviews with leadership, and ensuring a smooth hiring process across teams.

Requirements include a health care or HR-related bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR, marketing, or operations with provider relations experience.

• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and market development.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of the local geographic area for physician guidance.
• Understanding of state and federal employment laws affecting recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication with physicians and leadership.
• Excellent negotiation, organization and prioritization skills.
• Project leadership/coordination experience with timelines and evaluation.
• Ability to build trusted relationships through credibility and expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and system applications.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary site liaison during pre-interviewing to answer questions and coordinate with physician leaders and recruiters.
• Provide consistent communication on candidate status, itinerary, market conditions, and plans.
• Identify candidate family needs and arrange community tours and information.
• Develop and coordinate site visit plans, interviews, and feedback with leadership; assess fit.
• Collaborate with administration to describe physician practices and community context.
• Brand Advocate Aurora across the system and maintain post-hire communications with clinicians.
• Conduct exit interviews and report trends to senior leadership.
• Monitor credentialing, privileging and licensing with internal/external partners.
• Oversee onboarding with departments to ensure smooth transition and orientation.
