Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or sales support roles.
• 3+ years of experience in a matrixed organization delivering clinical trial solutions.
• 2+ years of experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track pipeline and activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential industry partners to expand NCCTs clinical trial opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline from initial contact to contract execution.
• Collaborate with NCCT leadership, researchers, legal, finance, and compliance teams for onboarding and execution of opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to inform planning.
• Lead creation and development of tailored proposals, including negotiations and presentations.
• Foster long-term sponsor and CRO relationships and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
