Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for the NCCT Sales by identifying and securing clinical trial opportunities with industry sponsors. You will report to the Director of Business Development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the portfolio across Advocate Health.

Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline, developing tailored proposals, managing relationships with sponsors and CROs, and tracking KPIs to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 3+ years of business development, sales, or sales support experience.
• 3+ years in a matrixed org delivering clinical trial solutions.
• 2+ years using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track pipeline and activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage industry partners to expand NCCT's trial opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline from initial contact to contract.
• Collaborate with NCCT leadership, researchers, legal, finance, and compliance.
