Job summary

Banook Group is seeking an experienced business development professional to expand our US market presence and build long-term partnerships with sponsors and clinical research stakeholders.

The role suits someone from a CRO, sponsor, biotech, or medical device background who blends commercial acumen with scientific credibility. Fully remote within the US East Coast region, with opportunities to influence global trials and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of business development experience in CRO, sponsor, biotech, or medical device environments.
• Strong understanding of global clinical trials and outsourced clinical research services.
• Experience selling cardiac safety, medical imaging, endpoint adjudication, eCOA, or related trial solutions is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, build trusted client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Comfortable interacting with Clinical Operations, Outsourcing, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth.
• Manage opportunities through full BD cycle from lead gen to deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies.
• Serve as trusted advisor by aligning Banook's solutions with client needs.
• Grow strategic accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with proposal, scientific, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Represent Banook at industry events and conferences.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BD processes and best practices.
