Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager - Full Service to oversee site management, monitoring and data integrity for global trials conducted remotely in the United States. You will partner with CRAs, CeMs and cross-functional teams to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and timely study delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, risk assessment skills and experience with CTMS/EDC systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead and align teams toward milestones.
• Experience in an international environment and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management, monitoring deliverables, and patient safety.
• Assesses risks to deliverables and escalates with project management.
• Coordinates training and tools for the study team.
• Ensures data systems (CTMS/EDC) are set up and audited.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to meet milestones like site activation and enrollment.
