Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager - Full Service to oversee site management, monitoring, and data integrity across trials. You will collaborate with CRAs, CeMs and other leaders to ensure protocol adherence, regulatory compliance and successful study delivery.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, issue escalation, training, and use of CTMS/EDC systems while supporting budget and timelines across studies. A broad travel requirement may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN is required.
• Strong leadership and team alignment skills.
• Experience leading clinical trial management and monitoring activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management, clinical monitoring and central monitoring with focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Escalate risks to project management related to timeline, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate with functional leaders to meet study milestones and develop monitoring plans.
