Job summary

Syneos Health in Remote, NY is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager - Full Service to oversee site monitoring, central monitoring, and trial delivery, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across global studies.

You will coordinate with CRAs, vendors, and study teams, manage budgets, timelines, and risk assessments, mentor CTMs, and drive study milestones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN required; clinical trial management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidance and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management oversight, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring with focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Ensure adherence to protocol/GCP/regulatory requirements and risk mitigations; manage risks to timelines, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate with CRAs/CeMs, data management, and other functions to meet study milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain study tools, templates, and CTMS/EDC dashboards; oversee user acceptance testing and audit trails.
• Provide training to study teams on protocol specifics, CRF completion, dashboards, SOPs, and data plans.
• Mentor and manage CRAs and Central Monitors; optimize staffing and resource allocation.
