Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee site management, monitoring and data integrity for full-service clinical trials in a fast-paced environment. You will manage protocol execution, budgets, risk mitigation and collaboration across functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, international experience and expertise in CTMS/EDC systems, with travel up to 20%. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package within a dynamic global organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in the achievement of project milestones.
Demonstrated capability of working in an international environment.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Must demonstrate good computer skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance and data integrity.
Reviews the study scope of work, budget and protocol content and ensures the clinical project team is aware of obligations and parameters.
Uses data and reports to identify risks to deliverables and escalates to project manager as needed.
Develops and maintains clinical study tools and templates, including the Clinical Monitoring Plan; ensures CTMS and dashboards are available.
Coordinates training to the study team; oversees resourcing for CRAs and Central Monitors; monitors progress and quality.
