Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee site management, monitoring, and data integrity across trials. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive risk assessments to keep studies on track.

The role emphasizes collaboration with CRA teams, data management, and study start-up activities, with a focus on patient safety and quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams to achieve milestones
• Experience working in an international environment and managing study timelines

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring with focus on patient safety and data integrity
• Manage risk assessment, RA/CT tool usage and contract scope adherence
• Coordinate with Study Start Up, Recruitment and Data Management to meet milestones
• Provide status updates to clients and project leadership with proactive risk mitigation
• Lead trainings for study teams on protocol specifics, CRF completion, dashboards and SOPs
